A note from our founder

Born from a need for personal service

Moa & Kin is a small, family-owned business. I set it up in 2020 to offer what I felt was missing: a personal, friendly and professional short let service, starting here in Bath.

For more than a decade before that, I ran a tour operator organising Christian pilgrimages around the world, looking after people far from home. When Covid paused international travel, I took everything that work had taught me and built something new, closer to home.

What those years taught me has shaped everything since: plan carefully, communicate clearly, and be the person people can count on when something goes wrong. It's what owners need from whoever looks after their home, and what guests need from whoever hosts them.

We're still small by choice. You'll always get a fast reply, clear reporting and honest advice, even when it's not what you wanted to hear. Our first client from 2020 is still with us, and we'd love to bring the same success to you and your property, and have some fun along the way.
